Acta Marine expands fleet with 4 Damen Shoalbusters

Damen Shipyards Group will be supplying Acta Marine with four Shoalbuster anchor handling tugs. Three of the anchor handling tugs will be supplied from Damen Marine Services’ charterfleet, while Damen Shipyards Hardinxveld will be supplying the fourth, a new Shoalbuster, in March 2013.

Acta Marine vessels continue their extensive activities on the Dutch Wadden Sea

Acta Marine B.V. and Liander recently concluded a long-term contract for the maintenance of all active cable & pipelines on the Dutch Wadden Sea. Acta Marine’s specialized cable & pipeline vessel the Coastal Digger will be dedicated on the Dutch Wadden Sea for the remedial lowering of such Cables and Pipelines.

New long-term contracts for offshore supply work in Germany

Acta Marine has been awarded new contracts to provide all supply and support vessels for the Mittelplate Drilling and Production Island. Mittelplate is Germany’s largest oilfield and is located in the Wadden Sea tidelands, a unique and sensitive natural environment.
