Lincs Windfarm export cable burying
The Coastal Worker was operated to locate the joints of an export cable. Subsequently, these joints needed to be reburied at the appropriate depth.
Geotechnical survey
The DP Ultra Shallow Draft Support Vessel Coastal Enterprise left for Murmansk to carry out geotechnical measurements.
BritNed project
Several Acta Marine workboats were operated during the construction of a power cable between the Netherlands and England.
Mittelplate
In 1979 a client requested vessels to sail through water with a depth of only seventy centimeters. Acta Marine made this possible.
Expansion Maasvlakte 2
To expand the existing Maasvlakte in Rotterdam, eight of Acta Marine’s vessels were operated in the Maasvlakte 2 project.
Anchor handling project Irish Sea
The Coastal Vanguard, a Shoalbuster 3209 Tug, was deployed for an anchor handling project on the Irish Sea.
Coastal Chariot deployed as cable lay vessel
The DP1 Ultra Shallow Draft Multipurpose Support Vessel Coastal Chariot was deployed for the cable laying of various fiber optic cables in British shallow waters. The large deck space, combined with its shallow draft and its excellent maneuvering capabilities had proven to be very valuable for this project.
CPT activities
In Britain and Germany, the Coastal Chariot executed CPT activities for geotechnical research.
