Join Acta Marine for the tenth edition of MOCE
The Maritime & Offshore Career Event (MOCE) will be organised for the tenth time on Wednesday 20 April. This is the largest career event in the maritime and offshore sector of the Benelux. The event aims to bring individuals and companies together, in order to establish various relationships. Acta Marine will also be present at the well-attended event at the WTC in Rotterdam.
The tenth edition of the Maritime & Offshore Event (MOCE) will be held in Rotterdam, also known as the largest port city of the Netherlands. The organiser, Navingo, is celebrating this anniversary with an extended programme for visitors. The MOCE is the primary career platform for the maritime and offshore industry, where employers and training institutions can come in contact with (young) professionals, start-ups and students at all levels of education.
Acta Marine at MOCE2016
Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to look around and to gather information about working in the maritime and offshore sector. Additionally, Acta Marine will have its own stand at M202. Both students and experienced professionals will be able to come into direct contact with the exhibitors in order to build new relationships in work or education. This will also allow recruiters and HR managers to assess whether the candidates are suitable for their company.
Higher numbers of visitors
The growth in the number of visitors at recent events is an indication of the increasing popularity of the event and the maritime sector. Last year, 4,516 motivated job seekers visited MOCE. In 2014, there were 4,449 people who attended, and in 2012 the maritime event welcomed 3,040 visitors.
Unable to attend? Don’t worry
Professionals and students who are unable to attend the event on Wednesday 20 April can still access information via the Maritime & Offshore Career Guide 2016. This will be the tenth edition of the guide, in which the branches of the industry are explained in more detail and insights into the work possibilities are provided. Many companies, including Acta Marine, will share information about their current vacancies in the guide.
