Second of three newbuild vessels delivered.
Acta Marine has taken delivery of the Coastal Hunter, the second unit of a series of three identical newbuild vessels. These new vessels are all of the “MultiCat” type and measure 22 by 9 meters, with a total output of 1215 hp.
The units are equipped with a 140 Tm deck crane and with a 50 tons winch. The first unit, named Coastal Guardian, was delivered in April 2007 to sail straight away to St.Petersburg, Russia, for her first job which lasted until December. The third vessel, which will be named Coastal Warrior, will join the our fleet in April 2008. These investments endorse Acta Marine’s ambition to expand our leading position as owner and worldwide operator of workboats for coastal and inland waters.
